❝ How do I pay for my cleaning services? ❞

Payments can be made via e-transfer or cash.
Payments must be made within 7 days of your service date — late payments may incur a fee.

You can easily book a cleaning service by visiting our website and filling out the form, or by contacting us directly via phone or email. We’ll work with you to schedule a time that best fits your needs.

There are 3 options to select on our forms:

1. Company’s supplies. We bring everything needed.
2. Client’s supplies.
You provide all the products.
3. Mix of both. We have everything that’s needed, but you’re welcome to provide any specific items you prefer and tell us which ones to avoid.

Note: If you prefer products not included in our suggested list, please have them clearly set aside for your cleaning appointment.

The Soul Maids does not supply such products, but we’ll be happy to use them as long as they’re ready for us!

Once you submit a form, we’ll review your information and get back to you as soon as possible via text message.

Here’s what happens next, depending on which form you choose:


Online Request Form:
Based on the details of your form, we’ll send you a calculated price estimate and expected duration for your selected service, and confirm the date, time, and any other info we need to prepare for your visit.


In-Home Schedule Form:
We’ll confirm the date and time of your free in-home estimate, along with any other details needed before the visit.

The length of the cleaning session depends on the size of the space and the type of cleaning you’ve requested. On average, a standard cleaning takes 1 to 3 hours. We’ll provide a time range for the job duration after the in-home or online estimate of your house.

We do not offer cleaning services on holidays. If your scheduled cleaning coincides with a holiday, we will reach out to you in advance to reschedule it for another convenient day. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to ensure the best service at a time that works for you.

Our in-home free estimate is offered only for first-time clients inside our area of service in the GTA.
It allows us to assess your space and provide an accurate quote based on its size and the type of cleaning required. Our team members will visit your home, evaluate the areas to be cleaned, and discuss your needs before providing the estimate.

To ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning, we recommend picking up personal items or valuables. However, our team is equipped to clean around your belongings, so you don’t need to worry about anything that’s left out.
To support clients in identifying any potential missing items, we offer—upon request—to set aside a separate bag with debris collected by the vacuum cleaner at the end of the cleaning.
Yes, we offer ongoing cleaning services tailored to your schedule and needs. Whether you prefer weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleanings, we can set up a plan that works best for you.

It’s not necessary for you to be home during the cleaning. You can give us access to your home, and our team will take care of the rest. If you prefer to be present, we can arrange a suitable time.

How It Works

Choose between light or deep cleaning then between in-home or online free estimate.

Note: The "in-home" free estimate is only for first-time clients inside our area of service in the GTA.

Submit your form. We'll review your info and follow up shortly to:

Online estimate: send your estimated price and duration, and our availability for cleanings.
In-home estimate: confirm a visit time to receive your detailed quote.

Once everything is confirmed, we’ll prepare everything for your cleaning day.

You pay only after the cleaning is done by e-transfer or with cash.

Service Area

Our service area covers much of the Greater Toronto Area.

If you live within the highlighted zone, you qualify for a complimentary in-home estimate.
Outside this area? No problem — we can still provide a personalized quote remotely! A small travel fee may apply to your cleaning appointment, depending on your location.
